Requirements

5–10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including architecture responsibility in larger projects
Experience with platform architecture, management of technical debt, and establishment of technical roadmaps
Broad competence across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, App Engine, IRM, and/or CSM
Solid understanding of integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), security, and data modeling
Strong business understanding and ability to translate strategy into technology
Experience with technical leadership and mentoring of teams
Certifications such as Certified Master Architect (CMA), CIS, CSA are an advantage
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
