Requirements
- Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar senior technology leadership role
- Strong background in product-led, cross-functional, growth companies that have scaled internationally
- Experience building and scaling technology teams and engineering organizations
- Proven ability to establish data-driven decision-making culture and product analytics frameworks
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including customers, partners, and investors
- Hands-on engineering background with experience as a software engineer
- HW experience is a plus, especially for SW or SaaS backgrounds
