Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in the security, CCTV, or building technology industry, ideally with a manufacturer, distributor, or systems integrator
  • Strong understanding of the Norwegian security market and local industry standards
  • Existing network of relationships within the security or CCTV channel (distributors, integrators, installers)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional colleagues
  • Ideally based in or near Oslo and fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable in a multicultural environment
