Requirements

  • Native level/fluent Norwegian + professional English
  • Credibility in construction (e.g., GC/owner, project/production/scheduling background, or construction SaaS)
  • Proven enterprise sales or consultative expansion in long, multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Discipline and patience (follow-ups over months, not days)
  • Genuine interest in lean/takt/location-based production and being on-site with customers
  • Full-time availability in Oslo area, hybrid work with site visits
