Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as UX or service designer
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers and developers
- Proficiency in user insights, interviews, observations, and testing
- Ability to translate needs into user-friendly solutions
- Knowledge of design systems
- Visual design skills in form, color, and composition
- Experience with universal design and accessibility
- Skills in measuring UX via A/B testing or analytics
- Excellent communication in Norwegian and English
- Eligible for security clearance
- Passion for customer experiences and self-driven learning
