Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, IT, interaction design, service design, UX design or equivalent; long relevant experience may compensate
- At least 5 years of experience in UX or interaction design
- Experience with insights methodology, prototyping, and user involvement
- Knowledge of universal design, WCAG, and relevant legislation
- Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian, with ability to communicate clearly across disciplines and levels
