Requirements

  • 5 or more years of technical support experience emphasizing Java/J2EE expertise
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Java/Spring based applications
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) and ability to write SQL queries
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, REST web services, and Elasticsearch
  • Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical issues and empathizing with customers
  • Outstanding communication skills for de-escalating situations
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product
