Requirements
- 5 or more years of technical support experience emphasizing Java/J2EE expertise
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Java/Spring based applications
- Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) and ability to write SQL queries
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, REST web services, and Elasticsearch
- Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical issues and empathizing with customers

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
