Requirements

Minimum 15 years experience as developer and architect
Extensive relevant experience with .NET and Azure
Good knowledge of complex and modern IT projects
Mastery of principles and patterns in modern solution and system architecture
Experience presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on architect who takes ownership of code and understands implementation and technology choices
High awareness of 'security by design' and experience building secure solutions
Ability to document work understandably for developers, business, and architecture colleagues
Skill in identifying transitional architecture and designing stepwise improvements from legacy to target state
Contribution to lifting colleagues through sparring, mentoring, and experience exchange
Comfortable taking technical leadership in teams and projects, thriving as advisor to clients and internally
Excellent oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English
