Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience creating autonomous teams and delivering customer value in modern product-driven organizations, as a product manager, product coach, or team coach
- Experience with insight-driven product development in cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of team dynamics and building high-performing teams, including psychological safety, ownership, continuous experimentation and learning
- Knowledge of tight-loose-tight leadership and a 'teams first' approach
- Engagement in coaching and developing others
- Experience as a facilitator and workshop leader, with familiarity in methods like ice breakers, Start Smart, listening and dialogue techniques, core quadrant, change curve, retrospectives, feedback, reflecting teams, and other classic team development frameworks
- Natural relationship-building skills that foster trust and cross-organizational collaboration
- Experience working in both Norwegian and English, with effective communication abilities
