Requirements
- Higher education in IT/technology or equivalent relevant experience
- Solid experience with identity lifecycle aspects, especially IAM, IGA, and PAM
- Competence in hybrid infrastructure (on-premise, public and private cloud) and transitioning to modernized identity platforms
- Good understanding of security principles including Zero Trust, policy-based access, and separation of roles/rights for value chain management
- Ability to work both strategically and to operationalize solution designs
- Experience in preparing decision-making materials and realizing target architecture
- Willingness to undergo security clearance and authorization per the Norwegian Security Act
