Requirements
- Completed MBO4 degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Excellent command of Dutch and English languages
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line support/helpdesk
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Quick learner who acquires knowledge rapidly
- Ability to work individually and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Linux
- Basic knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases)
- Professional appearance
- Valid driving license (B)
