- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Purview)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of security solutions (antivirus, EDR, IAM, MFA, logging, monitoring)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Good collaboration skills with vendors and partners
- Experience in IT support and user assistance
- Strong written and oral communication in Norwegian and English
- Ability to obtain Confidential security clearance
