Requirements

5+ years of experience building and operating distributed backend systems in a modern, typed language
Strong command of Rust, or significant experience with Kotlin/Java and interest in mastering Rust
Deep expertise in modern authentication and authorization concepts for secure, scalable services
Proven track record of owning services in production, including design, threat modeling, deployment, monitoring, and incident response
Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, particularly Kubernetes and message queues like Kafka or GCP Pub/Sub
Collaborative and pragmatic mindset with good communication skills and desire to mentor others
