Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in service design, systems-oriented design, product design, or similar. Bachelor's level with relevant experience may compensate
- Experience leading processes with multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing decision-making bases and roadmaps
- Experience with design processes, insight work, and prototypes
- Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Figma and Adobe
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian
- Ability to be authorized for RESTRICTED level under the Security Act
- Attach transcripts; foreign education must be approved by NOKUT or HK-dir
