Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in complex B2B sales, preferably enterprise, SaaS or fintech
  • Documented results in pipeline building and closing larger deals
  • Experience or close connection to bank, finance, and debt collection sectors
  • Self-driven and hands-on approach to sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic and operational mindset
  • Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, with excellent English skills
  • Comfortable with minimal travel
