Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in IT consulting and technology
  • Proven track record in winning and growing new logos in IT consultancy and services
  • Existing network of stakeholders in the industry, including clients and partners
  • Expertise in solution selling and crafting tailored value propositions
  • Familiarity with Challenger sales methodology
  • Strong drive, passion, and team spirit
  • Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior IT executives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in handling enterprise RFP processes
  • Experience driving sales within enterprise and mid-sized corporations
  • Customer-first attitude with experience serving large-scale clients
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
