Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessionsGuide cross-functional data teams (data engineering, data architecture, data science, DataOps/DevOps)Interdisciplinary facilitation of international project teams with business functions (risk management, finance, tech, GRC)Plan and drive project roadmap, including sub-projects, budgeting, resource requirementsConduct project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activitiesManage and steer suppliers involved in projectsEnsure project completion within timelines, quality standards, and budgetProficiency in Atlassian Confluence, Jira, MIRO, and MS OfficeBasic knowledge of data functions: data engineering, analysis, business intelligence, data science

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project management and/or as a scrum master in data-driven projects
- Certified in project management and/or agile methodologies
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus
- Basic knowledge of data functions, e.g., data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Industry expertise in financial solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills with very good presentation and moderation abilities (English required, Norwegian or German is a plus)
- Proficient in Atlassian Confluence and Jira, MIRO and MS Office
- Structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment
