Required Skills

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Guide cross-functional data teams (data engineering, data architecture, data science, DataOps/DevOps)Interdisciplinary facilitation of international project teams with business functions (risk management, finance, tech, GRC)Plan and drive project roadmap, including sub-projects, budgeting, resource requirements Conduct project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities Manage and steer suppliers involved in projects Ensure project completion within timelines, quality standards, and budget Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence, Jira, MIRO, and MS Office Basic knowledge of data functions: data engineering, analysis, business intelligence, data science

Requirements

5 years of experience in project management and/or as a scrum master in data-driven projects
Certified in project management and/or agile methodologies
SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus
Basic knowledge of data functions, e.g., data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Industry expertise in financial solutions is a plus
Strong communication skills with very good presentation and moderation abilities (English required, Norwegian or German is a plus)
Proficient in Atlassian Confluence and Jira, MIRO and MS Office
Structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment
