Lead digital transformation in supply chain management at Wallenius Wilhelmsen in Oslo. Required Skills
Proficiency in defining and validating business & technical roadmaps, into feasible digital deliveriesExperience breaking down development tasks, assigning responsibilities, and tracking technical progressSkilled in overseeing integration, data migration, and compliance with security/quality standardsKnowledge of reference architectures, best practices (e.g., API-First, microservices, serverless), and DevSecOpsUnderstanding business objectives and how to shape technical solutions to achieve those objectivesDomain Expertise: Experience with supply chain management systems (TMS, WMS, OMS)Knowledge of data platforms and analytics solutions supporting supply chain visibility and optimizationUnderstanding of AI/ML applications for forecasting, demand planning, and route optimization

Requirements
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- At least 7-10+ years in a digital product, IT domain lead, solution architect, or engineering management role
- Demonstrable track record of delivering complex technical solutions within budget and timeframe
- Evidence of business acumen in prior roles, where technology solutions were implemented with measurable, positive impact on business KPIs
