Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering operating large-scale systems with focus on Linux, networking, and cloud environments
- Experience building and scaling resilient distributed systems across bare metal and cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare)
- Strong understanding of systems architecture and reliability patterns
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet or similar) and automation practices
- High standards for quality, ensuring excellence while balancing pragmatism and ownership
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Deep expertise in Linux server administration and networking, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and hardening
- Fluency in Bash and Debian; kernel-level debugging advantageous
- Experience strengthening security posture across cloud environments, IAM, secrets management, secure networking, zero trust access, CI/CD, and API security
- Critical thinking and clear communication of reasoning
- Hands-on programming experience in Go, Python, or other scripting languages advantageous
