Requirements
- Proven experience as a fullstack developer with strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue, Next.js) and Python (FastAPI, Flask) or similar backend frameworks
- Hands-on experience designing and building scalable microservices and secure REST APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools, including working with generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LangChain, Huggingface)
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, AI agents, vector databases, and workflow automation is a plus
- Strong understanding of security standards and compliance, including OAuth2, JWT, MFA, and OWASP
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where ownership, independence, and rapid problem-solving are key
- Excellent communication skills in English; Norwegian language skills are a bonus
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred
