Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant IT and/or program executive leadership working for an EMEA or NATO defense organization and its ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- Informed understanding of the strategic and operational challenges facing defense leaders within and across military domains (land, sea, air, space, cyber)
- Extensive experience in European defense leading strategy and/or implementation of programs and technical capabilities in AI strategy, data integration, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, quantum computing, autonomous systems, multi-domain command and control, or communication systems
- Demonstrate executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives
- Learning agility and adeptness with navigating highly matrixed environments
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, multicultural global team
- Strong organizational skills to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communicator with proficiency in written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills
