Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in credit risk model development for banking, finance, or management consulting
- Deep knowledge of EU/local regulations (IRB, IFRS 9, NPL and preferably ESG)
- Strong communication skills—able to translate complex analytics into clear business insights
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, quantitative or business management-related field
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
