Job Description

Join as a Security Consultant in Oslo with Sperton Norway. Support IT security and preparedness during organizational transition. Advise product teams on cybersecurity, conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and lead security exercises. Build strong security culture in a highly digitized environment. Contract from Dec 2025, 6+6 months. Requires 3+ years experience in infosec frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in information security, cybersecurity, or equivalent
Foreign education approved by HK-dir if applicable
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in information or cybersecurity in digitized organizations
Knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 2700x, OWASP or similar
Experience with security in public cloud platforms and modern CI/CD environments
Experience with value assessments, business and risk evaluations
Experience developing and implementing contingency or cyber response plans
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
Desired: Experience with agile methods, product teams, public sector regulations
Desired: Knowledge of risk management tools and continuity planning
