Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in both IT management and IT security roles

- Demonstrated leadership in managing IT systems, updates, and infrastructure
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, remote-first workplace
- Bonus: coding skills in Python or Go, prior SOC2/ISO certification experience, credentials such as CISSP, CEH, GSEC, or CISM
