Requirements
- Minimum 8 years as project manager, including 3 years in IKT digitalization projects in health sector
- Experience developing and implementing benefit realization plans for IKT implementations and organizational changes in healthcare
- Experience leading large rollout projects as project manager
- Knowledge of integration platforms and medical equipment with front-end systems
- Experience in IKT projects in Helse Sør-Øst and Sykehuspartner preferred
- Minimum 3 years using national project guide or equivalent
- Experience leading project teams of at least 10 people
- Experience in stakeholder management, mapping and follow-up
- Prince2 Foundation certified or equivalent (PMP or MSP Practitioner)
