Requirements
- Relevant higher education in economics, finance, construction, or technical engineering
- 5+ years experience as project controller or similar, preferably from technical or industrial projects
- Experience with budgeting, forecasts, cost follow-up, and reporting in projects
- Knowledge of contract follow-up, procurement, and change management in project context
- Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with initiative and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a high-paced environment
- Security clearance eligibility
