Requirements
- Higher education (BSc/MSc) as orthopedic engineer (CPO), physiotherapist, occupational therapist, doctor, or relevant field
- Experience with orthopedic aids (O&P), technical aids, or related health products (qualified new graduates considered)
- Experience with reimbursement, sales, or procurement of assistive devices
- Experience with aids for neuromuscular disorders or microprocessor-based devices (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clinicians and patients
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information and delivering presentations
- Solid clinical background in patient handling and understanding individual needs
- Experience in product development or assistive device fitting (advantageous)
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable with high responsibility
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language and proficient in English
- Willingness to travel, mainly in Norway, and engage with clinicians
