Requirements

Higher education (BSc/MSc) as orthopedic engineer (CPO), physiotherapist, occupational therapist, doctor, or relevant field
Experience with orthopedic aids (O&P), technical aids, or related health products (qualified new graduates considered)
Experience with reimbursement, sales, or procurement of assistive devices
Experience with aids for neuromuscular disorders or microprocessor-based devices (preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clinicians and patients
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information and delivering presentations
Solid clinical background in patient handling and understanding individual needs
Experience in product development or assistive device fitting (advantageous)
Independent, proactive, and comfortable with high responsibility
Fluent in a Scandinavian language and proficient in English
Willingness to travel, mainly in Norway, and engage with clinicians
