Requirements

• Completed relevant education equivalent to minimum bachelor's degree; relevant education or leadership experience can compensate
• Experience leading employees or deliveries in a technology environment
• Understanding of competence development and characteristics of a strong professional environment
• Good understanding of the section's responsibilities
• Ability to lead in diverse environments with varying competence, work methods, and cultures
• Good technology understanding and ability to follow technology developments
• Strong communication skills, written and oral in Norwegian
• Previous experience as a developer is highly valued
