Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Extensive experience in security architecture, identity management, and compliance frameworks
Proven experience with Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Purview) and Azure security services
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in technical presentations and workshops
Ability to lead CISO-level discussions and craft enterprise security roadmaps
Industry certifications such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent (preferred)
Deep technical experience in Zero Trust, SIEM/SOAR, and advanced threat protection (preferred)
Familiarity with competitive cloud security platforms and hybrid security strategies (preferred)
Expertise in Microsoft Entra for identity governance, conditional access, and authentication strategies (preferred)
Experience working with Microsoft partners to build scalable security offerings or managed services (preferred)
