Requirements

  • Solid experience in IT support functions
  • Experience with IT systems and tools
  • Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) and RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) solutions
  • Experience with networking
  • Ability to document and maintain IT support processes
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English language
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework (nice-to-have)
  • Experience managing software licenses (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with MS Azure, MS Windows, and Apple macOS (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working with client hardware (nice-to-have)
