Requirements

• Higher education on at least bachelor's level in social sciences, humanities, religion and culture studies, ICT, informatics, journalism, economics, police, or military
• Strong analytical abilities with practical experience in analysis, including methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in breaking down complex issues, structuring large datasets, and identifying patterns
• Excellent writing skills in Norwegian and English, able to produce under time pressure
• Relevant experience in technology, statistics, big data analysis, investigations, or intelligence operations preferred
• Knowledge of areas like Russia, China, Iran, cyber domain, extremism
• Language or cultural understanding from relevant countries
• Experience with collection methods, OSINT, internet research, social media
• High personal integrity, reliability, judgment, and loyalty for security clearance
• Ability to handle high-pressure, time-critical tasks and work in teams
