Requirements

Experience implementing business-critical systems such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, or Time & Attendance
Background working as a Consultant or in similar customer-facing roles
Proven ability to lead or contribute to projects involving absence management and/or HR master data
A structured and detail-oriented mindset
A consultative and collaborative working style, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
Ability to translate between business and technical contexts, with confidence in both speaking HR and speaking IT
Comfortable running workshops, managing complex implementations, and working across cross-functional teams
Fluent in Norwegian and English, with Norwegian essential for customer work
