Requirements
- Experience implementing business-critical systems such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, or Time & Attendance
- Background working as a Consultant or in similar customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to projects involving absence management and/or HR master data
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset
- A consultative and collaborative working style, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to translate between business and technical contexts, with confidence in both “speaking HR” and “speaking IT”
- Comfortable running workshops, managing complex implementations, and working across cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Norwegian and English — Norwegian is essential for working with our customers
