Requirements

  • Recent graduate in IT, data/analytics, informatics, economics/administration with data focus, or equivalent
  • Ability to learn quickly, collaborate cross-functionally, and ask precise questions
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, with clear documentation abilities
  • Basic understanding of data management, metadata, and concept development from studies or projects
  • Knowledge of GDPR/privacy and information security at a high level
  • Interest in process improvement and working with standards
  • Basic SQL knowledge; familiarity with analysis/visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or basic Python/R
  • Curiosity about modern data platforms and data flows; cloud experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with data catalogs or tools like Collibra, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Purview is advantageous
  • Interest in frameworks like DAMA/DCAM
