Required Skills
Developing and implementing algorithms, machine learning, and optimization models in productionFurther development of AI platforms and technical frameworksWorking closely with business and technical teams to solve challengesContinuous improvement of model performance, scaling, and operationsKnowledge sharing and building an exploratory professional environmentExperience with monitoring and operating modelsTools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or GurobiCI/CD and AI infrastructure (Terraform, DevOps)

Requirements
- At least three years of experience with machine learning, AI, or optimization in production environments

- Fluent in Norwegian both orally and in writing
