Requirements
- Relevant higher education in data science, informatics, statistics, mathematics or equivalent
- Documented experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in public or private sector
- Experience with data-driven development, analysis, and handling large datasets
- Experience mapping and assessing data foundations, including quality, availability, and structure
- Competence in identifying data sources for AI purposes and conducting gap analyses
- Experience developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts for AI solutions
- Knowledge of technologies, tools, and platforms for data science and AI
- Good understanding of guidelines from NSM, Digitaliseringsdirektoratet, EU AI Act, and national AI strategies
- Experience assessing privacy, security, and ethical issues related to AI
- Ability to operationalize AI within current regulations and political goals
- Experience preparing decision-making materials and contributing to strategic AI roadmaps
- Ability to assess benefits, risks, and feasibility of AI use cases
- Experience suggesting indicators for impact measurement and maturity assessment
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration, including with subject matter experts and technology partners
- Ability to document results and learning points clearly for various audiences
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Norwegian
- Ability to work independently
- Must be eligible for security clearance
