Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with focus on analytics
  • Technical competence in Salesforce including certifications
  • Solid understanding of data integrations and data-driven processes
  • Experience in CRM analysis in B2B or B2C environments
  • Expertise in SQL, Power BI, Excel and related tools
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, data-driven marketing and insight analysis
  • Familiarity with Norwegian market trends is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Structured and proactive way of working
  • Interest in data for social impact and humanitarian work
