Job Description

Join Telia in Oslo as a CVM Marketing Specialist in the Consumer division. Drive personalized 1:1 communications for private customers across brands like OneCall, MyCall, and Telia. Utilize tools like Blueconic, Snowflake, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to plan campaigns, segment audiences, conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize customer journeys for better engagement and value.

Requirements

  • Education in analytics, marketing, or content production
  • Experience as CRM Marketing Manager, CRM responsible, or similar roles focused on CRM or content production
  • Skills in formulating texts for customer communication channels like SMS, email, and digital platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Snowflake (or similar systems)
  • Excellent oral and written communication in Norwegian
  • Proactive, structured, service-oriented approach with team and independent work abilities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
