Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technical field, or relevant network experience
  • Documented experience in strategic sales of complex, value-based solutions to large organizations, preferably public sector or defense
  • Experience handling sales through multiple decision-makers in large organizations
  • Good understanding of public procurement (FOA and FOSA) and Defense needs and decision processes
  • Experience with RFP/RFI and contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of communication solutions, IT infrastructure, networks, or cybersecurity is advantageous
  • Strong business understanding and ability to communicate ROI and total value
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English
  • Security clearance to HEMMELIG level required
