Requirements
- Proven experience as a hands-on technical leader from high-scale enterprise SaaS environments
- Ideally 10+ years in software development and at least 5 years leading distributed or hybrid teams
- Strong architectural skills for chairing design reviews and hands-on coding or diagramming
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and observability best practices
- Excellent communication skills for technical teams and enterprise customers
- Experience with technical due diligence is a plus
