Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field
- Curiosity about technology and engineering, an engineering background or interest is a strong advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in software, SaaS, or technology industries)
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- A natural ability to connect with people, adapt your communication style, and build rapport quickly
- Resilience and proactivity: you’re not afraid to reach out, start conversations, and keep going when things get tough
