Requirements

  • Relevant Master's degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with agile and other new ways of working
  • Experience with agile transformation in large, complex organizations
  • Experience designing and delivering learning initiatives and driving learning networks
  • Experience as a process leader and facilitating small and large groups
  • Preferably experience with innovation work and design thinking
  • Strong business and technology understanding
  • Pedagogical and confident as a facilitator and coach
  • Strong relational skills and ability to build trust across the organization
  • Combines structure and analytical ability with creativity and curiosity
  • Strong inner drive that inspires and engages others in learning and change processes
  • Thrives on continuous learning and development
