Must Have Skills & Experience:

7+ years in professional backend development

Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (preferably Go and Python)

Experience designing and developing scalable backend services for cloud-based platforms

Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, message brokers, and optimizing SaaS infrastructure to support millions of devices

Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud

Experience with automated testing, deployment pipelines, and improving CI/CD processes

Commitment to security best practices in software development

Comfortable working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams

Strong English skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working with large-scale IoT platforms

Knowledge of edge computing

Exposure to infrastructure as code tools like Terraform

Contributions to open-source projects

Passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing within a team
