We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and help improve an open-source platform for updates of connected devices. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with developers, create automated and manual test strategies, and drive improvements in our testing processes.

Must Haves: 

7+ years of experience in software testing, with a track record of delivering high-quality software for SaaS products and/or embedded systems

Strong understanding of test design and execution, including functional, performance, and security testing

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira

Solid understanding of the HTTP protocol and REST APIs

Proficiency in Linux environments

Programming and scripting experience for automation testing (Python, pytest, shell scripting, or similar)

Basic knowledge of Go, C, and C++

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose

Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub/GitLab CI

Fluency in English for effective communication in a global team

Nice to Haves:

Experience with Playwright or Robot Framework for test automation

Knowledge of security testing best practices

Contributions to open-source projects

Passion for improving and optimizing testing strategies and processes
